Strip and re-build service £120
The Strip and re-build service. It's a big one but we do this service quite a lot. How often is it needed? Maybe once a year, or more if the mileage or riding condition dictate.

§ I use an ultrasonic cleaner: it doesn’t degrease components but does vibrate dirt and compacted muck and grime out of the most minute spaces. The cleaning takes place in a heated tank of bio-degradable cleaning fluid and the result is most parts come out spotless and fully functional! And just in case you were wondering, we tend not to clean Di2 and EPS gear mechanisms using this method!
* Some steps are dependent on the design and configuration of the bike, for example, headset and/or hub bearings might be open bearings, the could be sealed or could be cup and cone types - so what takes place is obviously dependent on the bike.
